Framed Jewelry Holder

CA-UTE!! LOVE IT!

The opening of this frame was 8x10. Something this size would be approx $20.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ALYSSA!

A mother asked me to make something to display for her daughters 5th birthday party! This was a very fun project for me! I loved the colors! It is on an 18x14 stretched canvas.

Framed Jewelry Holder

This one had depth so I was able to do a background on it and I had a good response! It really did add a lot of character to it. If I remember correctly it is about 12" tall give or take a couple inches.... The first picture is of the back. I always paint the backs of my pieces just to make them neat! For some reason I like to paint the backs a contrasting color that does not match the rest at all.... I'm strange!! hah.
Something like this one would be approx $15

Framed Jewelry Holder

Framed Jewelry holder- large

This frame stood almost 30" in length. It was perfect for the girl that has a lot of jewelry. The longer sizes are best if you have a lot of long necklaces. I LOVED this one.
One this size would be approx. $30

Canvas name signs

This is a flat 8x10 canvas panel. 8x10 is a popular size for name signs, however, I sell more on stretched canvases and I think they look better on stretched canvases because you can add details on the sides.....
8x10 flat panel- $15

Plaque Hairbow Holder

This piece was for a Birthday girl! She is a Princess!! Along the bottom of the plaque reads "& she lived happily ever after. The end"
Something like this is approx $25.

I am REALLY pleased with piece. I'll admit I am not always pleased with the way my things turn out, because a lot of times they aren't the way I see the finished product in my head, but this one I do love. The quote "my faith is like the wind, I can't see it, but I can feel it" is from my favorite move, A Walk to Remember.

SOLD!!! Well, almost LOL

The Johnson family!
8x10 flat panel
The red circles, santa hat, & the J are all highlighted with glitter edges. All items do have a finishing spray to set the paint, but this also prevents the glitter from being to messy in the future!

The color of the pink and blue is more acurate in the 1st pic, but the flash makes it hard to see.

I used to have a dining room!

This is what my dining room looks like lately. I used to keep it all prettified with place settings and all. I need a space to paint huh? Anyone volunteer to come clean my "Spare (junk) room"

This is just a sample on canvas paper. A finished one would be on your choice of canvas panel or stretched canvas.

Scripture

I did this painting of a guitar for a friend of my family. He happens to play the guitar and is a youth leader at the church he attends. The wording down the side is a few verses from Psalm 150. The verses quoted are about Praising the Lord through music, song, and dance!

One I did for fun. There is a crackle effect in the paint for the background. "This is the day that the Lord Has Made! Another verse from the book of Psalm

Let me introduce myself....

It's a simple life, but its my life!
Let me start by saying HELLO! I'm Bethany Noblitt. I'm a wife and a mother of one. Nathan, my husband, and I have been together since our early teen years, it will be ten year this coming February!! We married in June 2005; six months later I was pregnant and in September 2006 we were blessed with Brelyn, our daughter, our ordinary miracle!
I work full time, well sorta. I am lucky enough to have an awesome boss that allows me to work just 4 days a week. Magnolia Lane is the company I work for as an Office Manager, well sorta! HAHA I am assistant to the President and the Vice President and just do what they say! We are a wholesale company that manufactures (overseas) different things for different artists. This has always spiked a bit of envy in me, since I to paint, but instead of being home with my child, painting up new creations for someone else to produce and sell to make my money, I have to leave my child and go to work making it possible for those artists that we do produce for. Don't get me wrong, I am in no way the ONLY reason they are successful artists, but you understand what Im saying, right? ANYWAY, I digress....
The real reason for this blog isn't so I can ramble on about my daily life that is really of no importance to anyone, but to try this "Artist" thing on. I have painted since I was about 12 or 13 and did all through high school. It was about a year ago when I picked the paint brush back up after graduating from school. I would obviously love for this blog and my art to be a success, but at the end of the day I just love painting. It is a release for me. Hopefully you will like what you see ....
